You will partner with executives on workforce planning, org design, and talent strategy, while scaling programs, policies, and processes to support expansion and integration of acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive HR leadership roles, including director-level experience.
• Experience leading HR in startups and large enterprises.
• Track record in mergers/acquisitions and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
• Develop scalable HR programs to support rapid growth and organizational design.
• Partner with executives on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Oversee HR integrations during mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition transitions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
