Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Director of People Performance & Measurement in San Francisco to design and run the company-wide performance and feedback system. You will partner with compensation, raise the bar on how we measure and reward performance, and work with Sales, Data Centers, AI Infrastructure and Cloud/Software to ensure consistent, meaningful metrics.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with executive exposure.

Qualifications

• Built a company-wide performance or measurement system.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience across multiple business functions (Sales, Data Centers, Engineering).
• Hands-on operator mindset; able to design and run systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and embed the performance and feedback culture across managers and teams.
• Own the requirements for the performance tech platform, collaborating with engineering.
• Partner with the business to drive priorities, metrics and reporting; connect ratings to rewards.
• Align metrics across Sales, Data Centers, AI Infrastructure and Cloud/Software to ensure measurability.
• Lead the center of expertise on performance and calibrate with People Partners at year end.
