Job summary

PlayStation in San Mateo seeks a Director, Talent & Performance to lead Game Changers, SIE’s global performance framework, aligning with strategic business outcomes and leadership behaviors.

You will integrate performance with talent processes, drive a modern, holistic talent experience, and collaborate with L&D, Rewards, HRBPs, and business leaders to scale enablement resources and insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Management, Performance, or Organizational Development
• Minimum 5 years in a global, matrixed organization
• Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-wide performance programs
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Game Changers, SIE’s global performance management framework
• Integrate performance with talent processes: succession planning, calibration, and career development
• Move beyond check-ins and ratings to a holistic, modern talent experience
• Oversee BetterWorks adoption for performance, feedback, calibration, and reviews
• Align performance with promotions, 9-box reviews, internal mobility
• Partner with L&D, Rewards, HRBPs to build scalable enablement resources
• Use behavioral science and data to boost transparency and leadership capability
• Ensure alignment with SIE values and leadership behaviors
• Monitor health metrics and KPIs; report to CHRO and exec team
