Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR or People Operations
• Experience supporting operational or field-based employee populations
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• SHRM-CP, PHR or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations matters including investigations and performance management
• Lead HR systems, data governance, and workforce analytics
• Ensure compliance across federal, state, and local regulations
• Coordinate onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Safety, and Operations on workforce matters
