Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking a Director of People Operations to own the operational backbone of the People function, including total rewards, HRIS, compliance, and analytics, partnering with Finance to scale as the company grows.

In this high-ownership role you’ll lead a team, design scalable programs, navigate multi-state and international requirements, and align people strategy with business goals in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive People/HR experience.
• Proven experience leading an HR/People team in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience handling multi-state and international employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of the People function including total rewards, HR systems, compliance, and analytics.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, leveling, and benefits design in partnership with Finance.
• Build scalable HR programs and processes to support rapid headcount growth.
• Partner with executives to align people strategy with business goals and maintain strong compliance.
