In this role, you will design and implement performance review processes, oversee onboarding and retention programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or people operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and employer branding.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
