Rasa is seeking a Director, People Operations and Talent Acquisition to join our G&A and ELT. You will own the full employee lifecycle for a global, remote-first team of about 90 people across 13 US states and 12 countries.

You’ll partner with founders, departments heads, and external partners to stay compliant everywhere we operate. In this critical role reporting to the CEO, you will lead HRIS and PEO relationships, own onboarding and offboarding, run performance and career frameworks, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition.
• 2+ years leading both functions at a global start-up.
• Hands-on technical recruiting, including senior and executive hires.
• Experience supporting a global distributed workforce (US multi-state and UK/EU).
• Track record of handling sensitive employee relations with sound judgment.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic ELT and hands-on levels.
• Proficiency with Ashby, BambooHR and Sequoia One.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and ELT on org design, workforce planning and change management.
• Handle complex employee relations across countries, incl. with outside counsel.
• Own people operations: onboarding, leave, HRIS, PEO, compliance.
• Run the performance and career framework cycles and manager enablement.
• Drive engagement, retention and compensation benchmarking with Finance.
• Lead hiring, including executive searches and recruiting processes.
