Contract Services Group, Inc. in Santa Ana, California, seeks a Director, People Operations to lead Talent Acquisition, guide HR processes, and support operations with workforce matters.

This hands-on leadership role oversees HR actions, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance across locations, partnering with Ops, Compliance, Payroll, Safety, and Workers’ Compensation to ensure consistent People Operations practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience leading Human Resources professionals across multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and compliance.
• Willingness to travel to CSG offices as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Talent Acquisition function, including recruiters, TA Lead, and TA Hiring Manager.
• Lead day-to-day People Operations for Operations managers and supervisors.
• Develop and maintain HR processes, SOPs, and documentation.
• Partner with Operations leaders on staffing, performance, and workforce needs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
