EnSiteUSA is seeking a Director of Human Resources who reports to the CEO and leads the people function for growth. This role goes beyond administration, owning recruiting for senior hires and building an onboarding/offboarding system for a rotating TFT workforce.

You will guide compensation and bonus processes, HRIS, benefits, and multi-state compliance while leading an HR team. This position offers a path to VP of People as EnSite grows.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including 2+ years as Director or Head of HR.
• Experience recruiting senior professionals (engineers, project leaders, consultants).
• Experience managing a high-volume field workforce and multi-state compliance.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to design compensation structures and bonus plans.
• Proven leadership of HR teams and executive-level partnership.
• Discretion and excellent judgment in sensitive matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruiting for senior professionals and build a live pipeline by market and service line.
• Own onboarding and offboarding for TFT field employees tied to project cycles.
• Design salary bands and manage the annual compensation review and bonus process.
• Oversee benefits, HRIS, compliance and governance across 40+ states.
• Drive retention, org design and people integration during growth and acquisitions.
