Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Director, People Analytics Partner (Talent Acquisition) to serve as a strategic partner within the HR Strategy and Operations team. You will provide consultative and technical analytics support to Gartner's Sales & Services HR teams from Stamford, CT, with a hybrid work model.

You will deliver consultative partnerships, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to drive staffing productivity and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics and HR or consulting.
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and coordinate with global team members and multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative partnership to senior HR and Recruiting leadership across Sales & Services teams.
• Identify and solution critical business problems using analytics and storytelling.
• Influence product and analytics roadmaps to align with Sales & Services priorities.
