Entrata, a Utah-based leader in AI-driven property management technology, seeks a Director of Engineering, Payments to lead the core payments platform, money movement infrastructure, and financial tech stack. You will operate as the technical authority for a regulated architecture supporting card, ACH, and settlement workflows.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Product leadership to ensure systems align with FinCEN MSB regulations and state Money Transmitter License

Formación

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams in payments/FinTech environments.
• Experience with FinCEN MSB regulatory frameworks and state Money Transmitter Licenses (MTL).
• Strong technical knowledge of core payment architectures (card networks, ACH, settlements).
• Proven track record delivering high-availability, mission-critical financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, direct, and scale engineering teams for payments platforms and money-movement infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Product to align systems with MSB regulations and MTL requirements.
• Oversee the roadmap for gateways, ledgers, and settlement platforms with secure real-time processing.
• Ensure platforms meet PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and AML/KYC controls and audit standards.
• Drive reliability, latency, scalability, and security across money movement services.
• Coach engineering leaders and teams to uphold rigorous engineering practices.
