Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a senior leader to manage operating rules, product standards, and governance for current and new products. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to enable scalable, secure offerings while driving strategic initiatives.

You will guide the governance framework, change management, and documentation, ensuring regulatory alignment and investor confidence across the services portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related fields.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in financial services, payments, network operations, operating rules, product governance, compliance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of payments, financial services, and product governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills at all levels, including executives.
• Demonstrated leadership strength and ability to build and lead a team.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal and collaborative skills to build internal and external partnerships.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to high professional ethics.
• Background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of operating rules, product standards, and governance requirements.
• Partner with product development teams throughout the product lifecycle to guide rules and governance for new products.
• Lead engagement with cross-functional areas to ensure requirements are incorporated into operating rules.
• Identify industry and regulatory trends and update rules and governance accordingly.
• Develop governance frameworks, approval processes, and change management for new products.
• Provide guidance on interpretation and application of rules and standards to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure changes are reviewed and approved per governance processes.
• Oversee publication of operating rules and related documentation for consistency across materials.
• Review third-party documentation to identify required updates.
• Develop scalable operating models and governance practices for future growth.
• Support risk management and data integrity.
