Qualifications

• Education and/or experience typically a bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Operations or related fields.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in financial services, payments, or product governance.
• Strong understanding of payments, financial services, and product governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership strength and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build partnerships.
• Proactive self-starter with strong organization and prioritization.
• Commitment to professional ethics and compliance, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of operating rules, product standards, and governance.
• Partner with product teams across the lifecycle to support new products and transactions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology to incorporate requirements.
• Identify regulatory trends and update rules and governance accordingly.
• Develop governance frameworks, change management, and approval processes.
• Provide guidance to internal teams, customers, and partners on rules interpretation.
• Ensure changes are reviewed and approved per governance processes.
• Publish operating rules, changes, and documentation consistently for customers.
• Interpret third-party documentation to identify required system updates.
• Develop scalable operating models and governance practices for growth.
