Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 12+ years in financial services, payments, or product governance.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership to build and lead a team.
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Regulatory and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of operating rules, product standards, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with product development teams to ensure rules support new products and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to incorporate requirements into rules.
• Identify regulatory trends and update operating rules and governance processes accordingly.
• Develop scalability in operating models and governance practices for future growth.
• Provide guidance to internal departments, customers, and partners on rules and standards.
