Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance reviews, audits, or risk management within financial services.
• Ability to interpret operating rules, contractual requirements, and product standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interview and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk-based compliance reviews of customers using EWS products and services.
• Assess processes, controls, and documentation for adherence to operating rules, contractual requirements, and product standards.
• Identify control gaps and compliance risks and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare clear, well-supported reports with practical remediation recommendations and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain complete and defensible documentation and workpapers to support review conclusions.
• Validate remediated findings ensuring effective resolution of identified issues.
• Analyze review results and trends to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to senior management.
• Provide guidance on rule interpretation and compliance expectations and mentor team members to strengthen review quality.
