Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive operating rules, product standards, and governance for our portfolio. You will partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to enable scalable and compliant offerings while guiding new product launches and ongoing governance.

The role requires extensive experience in payments, strong stakeholder management, and superb communication with executives and partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related fields.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in financial services, payments, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of payments, product governance, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of operating rules and governance for products and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams.
• Develop operating rules governance frameworks, change management, and approval processes.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to adapt rules and standards.
• Publish rule changes and maintain consistent customer-facing documentation.
• Guide internal teams and external partners on interpreting operating rules.
