Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director of Product Innovation for our partner, a leader in healthcare analytics, to drive strategy and market-ready solutions in the U.S. You will own the product vision, collaborate with executives, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data products for payers.

You will oversee discovery, pilot programs, and go-to-market plans, shaping data interoperability, AI/ML capabilities, and regulatory alignment to achieve revenue and adoption targets.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in product management with payer analytics or health plan data.
• Deep understanding of payer data including claims, enrollment, and pharmacy data.
• Familiarity with HEDIS, Stars, risk adjustment, and value-based care.
• Proven track record launching products from concept to market adoption.
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial results (revenue, profitability, targets).
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, X12) and CMS regs.
• Ability to partner with data scientists/engineers on analytics concepts and architecture.
• Experience selling to health plans or within payer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovation products.
• Drive revenue, profitability, adoption, and retention targets.
• Identify market opportunities through discovery, research, and competitive analysis.
• Translate payer challenges into differentiated product solutions across care, quality, and utilization.
• Lead concept development, prototyping, and pilots with early customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data on architecture and feasibility, including AI/ML approaches.
• Equip Sales, CS, and Marketing with positioning, pricing, and materials for launches.
• Represent the product externally at industry events and in customer interactions.
