Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Director of Partner Marketing to own and grow marketing relationships with retail partners across enterprise, mid-market, regional, and e-commerce segments. Based in Draper, UT with hybrid or remote options, this leader will manage a team of Partner Marketing Managers and collaborate with Sales, eCommerce, Finance and Product to build annual partner plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
• 5+ years leading and developing teams
• Experience in partner, channel, retail, shopper, or co-marketing

Responsibilities

• Own and grow partner marketing relationships across enterprise, mid-market, regional, and e-commerce segments
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Marketing Managers with clear priorities and growth paths
• Drive campaigns including co-marketing, in-store/online promotions, lifecycle/CRM programs, paid/owned media
• Build annual partner marketing plans with goals, budgets, calendars and campaign targets
• Establish KPIs, report performance, and translate results into optimizations
• Develop partner-facing marketing toolkits and training for field teams
• Lead business reviews and present plans/results to partners and leadership
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand governance requirements
