Job summary

Progressive Leasing seeks a Director of Partner Marketing to own and grow marketing relationships with retail partners across enterprise, mid-market, regional, and e‑commerce segments. Based in Draper, UT with hybrid or remote options, you will lead a team, develop annual plans, and drive growth through innovative campaigns.

You will partner with Sales, eCommerce, Finance and Product to optimize programs, manage budgets, and deliver measurable GMV results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• MBA or master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years marketing experience with 5+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow marketing relationships with retail partners across enterprise, mid-market, regional and e‑commerce.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Marketing Managers with priorities and growth paths.
• Drive campaigns incl. co-marketing, in-store/online promotions, lifecycle and CRM programs to increase GMV.
• Work with Sales to build annual partner marketing plans with goals, budgets and calendars.
• Establish KPIs and reporting; analyze performance with Analytics and Sales; translate into optimizations.
• Build testing/learning frameworks to improve engagement, conversions, and GMV.
