Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Director, Partner Marketing to own and grow partner marketing relationships across enterprise, mid-market, regional, and e-commerce segments. You will lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers to create innovative programs that drive GMV for partners and Progressive Leasing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Analytics to build annual plans, manage budgets, and establish KPIs that translate into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams.
• Experience in partner, channel, retail, or co-marketing.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow marketing relationships with retail partners across enterprise, mid-market, regional, and e-commerce segments.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Partner Marketing Managers.
• Develop campaigns including co-marketing, in-store and online promotions, lifecycle and CRM programs.
• Build annual partner plans with goals, budgets, calendars and performance targets.
• Establish KPIs and reporting; optimize initiatives based on data and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and brand governance requirements.
