Job summary

Health Solutions West is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services for the Yampa Valley, based in Craig and Steamboat Springs. The role leads outpatient behavioral health programs, ensuring accessibility and high quality care across communities served.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical and operational functions, collaborate with the leadership team, and drive performance using data to improve access, engagement, and outcomes. A Master’s degree and Colorado licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Colorado behavioral health licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum five years of experience in behavioral health services with progressive leadership, supervisory, or program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for outpatient behavioral health services.
• Ensure services are accessible, high quality, person-centered, and responsive to community needs.
• Develop and support program leaders; strengthen coordination across services.
• Align outpatient operations with Health Solutions West's mission, standards, and goals.
