Job summary

Health Solutions West in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to lead clinically and operationally, ensuring accessible, high-quality, person-centered behavioral health care for adults across Mesa County.

You will guide program leaders, align services with clinical standards, manage data to improve performance, and collaborate across teams to support coordinated care and community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or similar field required.
• Current Colorado behavioral health licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) required.
• Minimum five years in behavioral health with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with adult outpatient mental health and/or substance use services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for outpatient behavioral health services.
• Ensure services are accessible, high quality, person-centered, and responsive.
• Develop and support program leaders; strengthen cross-service coordination.
• Use data to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
