Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Director of Operations Training to lead strategy, governance, and execution of technical training across its US data facilities. You will own mandatory training, qualification programs, and LMS governance while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will build and manage a team of training professionals, set priorities, and drive continuous improvement through audits, drills, and lessons learned across the AMER fleet.

Qualifications

• 8+ years advancing technical training in operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and talent development.
• 5+ years experience with HVAC and critical electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical training strategy and direct development of training programs across Operations.
• Own governance of the technician qualification program, including standards and content.
• Establish LMS governance and ensure reporting requirements are met.
• Lead fleet-wide emergency preparedness drills and continuous improvement.
• Translate incident findings into fleet-wide training and operating improvements.
• Own the operational site audit program and drive adoption of best practices across the fleet.
• Ensure training complies with regulatory and company requirements.
