The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented and process-driven leader, responsible for optimizing operational excellence to ensure a premier client experience. This involves strategic thinking and hands-on execution to enhance internal processes and scale operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and optimizing all operational aspects of client service and reporting teams.
• Designing and refining scalable processes for firm growth and client service.
• Collaborating across business units for consistent processes, training, and integration.
• Working closely with compliance on risk management activities.
• Managing, training, and mentoring the team, implementing performance objectives and development plans.
• Overseeing relationships with external partners like custodians and service providers
• Reviewing legal contracts and coordinating with external attorneys.
• Fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Providing operational due diligence for new partnerships, transitions, or acquisitions.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience as a Director of Operations at a large RIA, broker dealer, wealth management firm, or asset manager.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing operational processes and controls, including the use of AI tools.
• Deep knowledge of operational best practices and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to staying current on industry innovations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Addepar, and DocuSign.
• Proven ability to manage collaborative teams effectively, achieving high standards of excellence.
