Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations in Miami, FL to manage the launch and execution of new pharmaceutical products and strategic initiatives. This high-impact role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Launch
• Lead the planning, coordination, and rollout of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Support regulatory strategies, including documentation and filings (e.g., NDA, ANDA, 505(b)(2)), and help navigate global approval processes.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers to support product development and operational needs.
• Facility & Operations Development
• Oversee the setup and scaling of pharmacy, laboratory, or related facilities, including infrastructure planning, equipment sourcing, and process design.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives
• Identify opportunities to expand product lines, develop partnerships, and support long-term business growth strategies.
• Process & Equipment Knowledge
• Apply understanding of pharmaceutical processes, equipment, and quality standards to ensure operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams including compliance, R&D, marketing, and operations to bring products to market effectively.
• Proactively identify and address regulatory and operational risks to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences is required
• Experience with regulatory filings and product launches is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, compliance standards, and vendor management
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
