We’re a boutique Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm serving a select group of high-net-worth households and corporate retirement plans. With a close-knit team of professionals, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, transparent investment management, and a personal approach to wealth and retirement planning.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Director of Operations who can lead our internal systems, improve workflows, and help us scale efficiently while maintaining our high-touch service model.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee core systems, including CRM (Redtail), performance reporting (Orion), financial planning (eMoney), and billing platforms
Manage billing processes across individual and retirement plan clients — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency
Lead process improvement efforts — streamline workflows, document SOPs, and introduce scalable solutions
Train and support team members on systems and operations best practices
Coordinate with custodians and third-party partners to support onboarding, maintenance, and reporting
Ensure data accuracy across platforms and maintain compliance with internal standards

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of experience in RIA operations, financial services, or retirement plan administration
Strong familiarity with RIA tech tools and custodial platforms
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small, entrepreneurial team
Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a hands-on, dynamic role
