11Residential is seeking a Director of Operations Support in the Kirkland, WA area to lead critical support functions across Software Systems, Marketing, Training, Compliance, and Centralized Operations. You will break down silos, drive system-driven efficiency, and build scalable solutions for multifamily properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading multifamily property management operations.
• Experience with compliance, training, marketing, centralized accounting or tech leadership.
• Strong systems thinking and data-driven problem solving.
• Experience with dashboard design and KPI framework development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop department teams with clear accountability and shared goals.
• Define KPIs and align them to property operations and company objectives.
• Oversee selection and rollout of a new CRM platform aligned to operational needs.
• Establish data governance and standardized processes across systems.
• Define site-level KPIs and build real-time data dashboards.
• Drive standardization and automation across properties to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance across teams and regulatory changes.
• Align Marketing and Training with on-site operations and goals.
• Report regularly on performance and progress toward 18-month goals.
