Walmart is seeking a Director of Insights Consulting to lead complex, cross-functional consulting projects that align with business strategy and customer insights. You will guide senior leadership with data-driven recommendations and shape research methodologies, data analysis, and measurement frameworks across multiple functions.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, foster partnerships with external vendors, and drive continuous improvement to maximize impact on enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field with analytics emphasis and 3–5 years in analytics.
• Advanced analytics, business insight generation, and data-driven decision support.
• Experience advising senior leadership and driving strategic outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of complex consulting projects across business areas.
• Provide expert consulting to senior leadership and influence strategies.
• Define research methodologies and oversee data analysis for actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align research and data strategies.
