• Experience in coordinating large-scale property operations and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shopping center operations including facility maintenance, safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor contracts, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, financial forecasts, and capital improvement plans to maximize NOI.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to support center initiatives.
• Coach and develop center teams, ensuring adherence to policies and professional standards.
