Job summary

Tanger Inc. seeks an Operations Director for Fort Worth to lead center operations, safety programs, and vendor relationships. You will partner with the General Manager on budgets and capital improvements to maximize asset value and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business and 5–7 years of operations management experience, preferably in retail or CRE. Travel up to 15% and a collaborative, Team-driven environment are part of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• Five to seven years of operations management experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate or retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shopping center operations including maintenance, systems, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, contracted services, and preventive programs.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, forecasts, and capital plans to maximize NOI.
