• Work with Executive Team on cost analysis and pricing.
• Hire, train, and develop leadership teams for all locations.
• Develop and implement efficient routines to meet company standards.
• Maintain POS procedures and adjust policies as needed.
• Develop annual operational budgets and manage labor costs.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.
