Job summary

Akash Management, LLC, doing business as Carl’s Jr., seeks a General Manager to lead the restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance. You will hire and develop a strong team, implement business plans, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

The GM will manage scheduling, budgeting, and local marketing initiatives while maintaining high integrity and a positive working environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience).
• Able to work 47.5–50 hour work week with flexible hours as designated by the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to deliver a positive guest service experience.
• Hire, train and coach staff; provide regular performance feedback.
• Develop and execute the restaurant business plan including budgeting and manpower planning.
• Utilize labor effectively to meet budget and drive financial results.
• Enforce labor laws and food safety/sanitation standards.
• Execute company-wide marketing programs and ensure guest satisfaction.
