Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Business Operations Advisor to join the Network Operations Team. You will provide department-level and cross-functional operational support including planning, budgeting, reporting, data analysis and special projects.

The role focuses on business planning, project coordination, data analysis, and building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The Hybrid-Flex environment offers remote work with in-person collaboration and a competitive Total Rewards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic planning and development of departmental operational plans.
• Coordinate workforce planning and staffing models with leadership.
• Analyze budgets, monitor forecasts and track cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards and KPI reports for senior leadership.
• Lead in vendor management and external partnerships.
• Assist with communications for Annual Report and Board materials.
