Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream in Boston is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a high-volume, guest-facing site. You will own P&L, staffing, guest experience, and team culture, working with senior leaders to drive revenue and operational excellence on evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

You will lead FOH and BOH, balance strategy with hands-on execution, manage inventory, training, and compliance, and partner with finance to deliver exceptional guest experiences while sustaining financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a physical consumer-facing environment.
• Experience managing 100+ exempt/non-exempt employees.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with inventory, labor, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH and BOH teams to ensure guest experience and operational excellence.
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution during peak periods.
• Manage P&L initiatives, schedules, payroll, and training.
• Oversee inventory, ticketing, guest flow, and facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate events and high-volume periods with staffing and inventory.
