Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our multi-site hospitality operations. You will oversee GMs and site leaders, drive P&L performance, and build scalable systems across cities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

With 5+ years of multi-unit management, you will coach teams, optimize schedules and budgets, and partner with HQ to implement SOPs that enhance brand standards. Location is LA or LV, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management across 3–5+ sites.
• Bachelor’s or higher in business, finance, hospitality, or equivalent.
• Spanish language preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Proven budgeting, P&L, and cost optimization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMs and site ops to deliver brand standards.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and labor optimization.
• Develop SOPs, processes and training across cities.
• Hire and develop talent, manage 50+ staff per location.
• Drive guest experience and revenue growth.
