Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience in healthcare administration or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical clinic management or related field.
• Experience leading a management team preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direct supervision of Clinic Managers and department supervisors.
• Collaborate with CPSO, providers, and staff to ensure patient access and high quality care.
• Oversee operational policies and procedures across departments for consistency.
• Monitor patient access goals, budgets, and staff performance; drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with IT on software upgrades and system changes supporting operations.
• Represent Sunrise Community Health in community engagements and organizational initiatives.
