Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals.
• Pre-visit planning and coordinating transfer of records.
• Entering and reviewing data in the EHR and ensuring clinic flow.
• Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Communicating with patients and clinical team to provide timely follow-up and information.
