Sunrise Community Health in Colorado is seeking a Director of Operations - Float to lead operations across Monfort Family Clinic and multiple sites. This role oversees patient access, service delivery, and staff performance, traveling to Evans, Greeley, Windsor, and Loveland as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of relevant experience) and at least 5 years in medical clinic management, with leadership experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of professional-level work experience in related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical clinic management or related field.
• Experience leading a management team is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of clinic managers and department supervisors.
• Oversee patient access, service delivery, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with CPSO and IT to support reporting, training, and system upgrades.
• Ensure budgets, staff performance, and quality measures meet organizational goals.
