Option Care Health is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple Care Management Centers, delivering safe patient care while driving financial performance and compliance. This role oversees pharmacy dispensing and nursing services across sites and requires strong leadership in a high-scale infusion care environment.

The candidate will drive market development, optimize supply chains, and ensure adherence to accreditation standards. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years leading operations.
• At least 3 years P&L including budget development.
• 5+ years of people management in matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees operational performance of multiple CMCs, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
• Ensures patient safety, pharmacy dispensing accuracy, and nursing service delivery.
• Drives market development with sales leadership and market-based strategy.
• Manages supply chain, expenses, and patient registration/onboarding for financial performance.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and corporate policies across sites.
• Builds and develops a cohesive, service-oriented team and retains talent.
• Coordinates performance improvement activities for accreditation and outcomes.
