Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations in a multi-unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent service and high customer satisfaction across the district.
• Oversee sales, profitability, and debt management district-wide.
• Implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor store performance and report progress to ROM.
• Lead implementation of new products and services district-wide.
• Conduct monthly store visits and audits for compliance.
• Manage people leadership duties including timecards and performance.
• Travel up to 50% to stores within the district.
