Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement, develop annual budgets, and align staffing with demand, while fostering a safe, collaborative, and results‑driven environment for sustained operational success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead manufacturing operations and drive improvements.
• Experience implementing Lean and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Strong budget planning, forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into annual and long-range manufacturing plans.
• Lead Operations Managers and supervisors to execute staffing and production plans.
• Oversee manufacturing systems, process improvements and quality metrics.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
