Chick-fil-A Harbins Road in Dacula, GA is seeking a Director of Operations to lead daily restaurant performance, develop frontline leaders, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment
• Must have Chick-fil-A experience
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation preferred but not required
• Flexible availability between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and lead with urgency in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented with a passion for learning and developing others

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations with a focus on developing leaders, pursuing customer satisfaction, and growing the results of the business
• Coach and motivate team leaders to foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
• Assist with training new and existing team leaders and identify future leaders
• Manage inventory efficiently and help reduce waste
• Ensure smooth execution during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy
