Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial-level experience in IT operations, service delivery, or operations leadership.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practices.
• Understanding of the MSP industry and multi-tenant IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT engineers and executives in MSP, refining service delivery processes.
• Apply analytical skills to business and implement enhancements to hit targets and enable growth.
