Job summary

Alpine Lodging in Telluride, CO seeks a Director of Operations to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across its short-term rentals and property care divisions.

You will partner with senior leadership to set priorities, manage resources, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in guest experience, service standards, and profitability.

This role requires a 4-year degree, hospitality operations experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in hospitality operations and guest service leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for short-term rentals and property care departments.
• Define annual and long-term priorities, performance targets, and improvement initiatives with senior leadership.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs; drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Direct daily operations to ensure property condition, service standards, and efficiency.
• Oversee vendor relationships, purchasing, inventory, and development of standards and procedures.
• Lead onboarding for newly acquired properties coordinating internal teams and vendors.
• Develop and evaluate procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage operating budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
