Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to lead daily performance and long-term success of our luxury hotel. You will collaborate with the Resort Manager, Director of Culinary, and department leaders to translate the service vision into exceptional guest experiences and a high-performing workplace.

The role demands sound business judgment, a genuine hospitality passion, and the ability to anticipate guests’ and colleagues’ needs while driving continuous improvement

Formación

• Previous hospitality management experience, ideally in a full-service or luxury hotel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the poise to work effectively across teams and with guests.
• Ability to anticipate guests' and colleagues' needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support short- and long-range operational planning aligned with service standards and business goals.
• Develop operating budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, and departmental objectives; manage performance within approved plans.
