Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Director of Operations in Riverdale, GA to lead daily clinic operations, drive growth strategies, and ensure financial discipline across departments. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical teams.

The position demands availability for weekends/nights and a focus on compliance, reporting, and staff development to maintain high-quality autism care across a expanding footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Behavioral Health preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligned with the company mission.
• Collaborate on growth strategies and processes.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance operations team.
• Serve as lead client-care officer with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper subordinate training.
• Ensure timely documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting/licensing bodies.
• Manage budgets and department expenses within allocations.
• Oversee safety for employees and clients.
• Prepare periodic reports for leadership.
• Complete trainings within 3 months of hire date.
• Adhere to company policies in Employee Handbook.
• Support crisis intervention with clinical team.
