ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily clinic activities in Riverdale, GA. You will drive operational excellence, lead an engaged team, ensure budgets are kept and compliance is maintained.

The role requires strategic oversight, cross‑department collaboration, and a focus on scalable growth across our expanding ABA network. A background in behavioral health and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Behavioral Health industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligned to the adopted mission and core values of the company.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of growth strategies and processes.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance operations team.
• Act as lead client-care officer through direct contact with every client and stakeholder.
• Ensure proper training to subordinates and adherence to documentation processes.
• Work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies and budgets.
• Oversee safety of employees and clients and conduct facility tours as needed.
