Job summary

The ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Director of Operations in Riverdale, GA to lead daily clinic activities and drive scalable performance across our rapidly expanding network. You will oversee processes, training, budgeting and compliance, working closely with leadership to implement growth strategies and safeguard service quality.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure processes run smoothly.
• Lead a high‑performing operations team and manage finances.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and quality assurance.
• Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership mirroring the company’s mission and values.
• Develop and implement growth strategies and processes with leadership.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance operations team.
• Serve as lead client-care officer with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper training and documentation across departments.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with licensing bodies.
• Manage department expenses within quarterly and annual budgets.
• Oversee safety of employees and clients and conduct tours when needed.
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Complete trainings within 3 months of hire date and adhere to policies.
• Support crisis intervention with the clinical team and ensure medication policy adherence.
• Mitigate missed services and ensure service continuity.
