Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years in Behavioral Health preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
• EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Strong planning skills and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligning with the company's mission and values.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of growth strategies and processes.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team.
