Proud Moments ABA in North Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Center Operations Director – ABA Services to lead day-to-day operations and guide strategic growth. This non-clinical leadership role partners with senior clinical leaders, oversees administrative teams, and drives performance metrics to elevate quality and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has ABA experience, 2–4 years of management, a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of building

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred
• 2-4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role, with responsibility for leading and developing teams
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Superior project, planning, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accelerate financial success and continued growth of our center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility(s)
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ ABA services for children with autism by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other referral sources
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families by engaging in weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in their child’s clinical team
• Advocate for families receiving services by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement for ABA services through oversight of Authorizations Management and Billing procedures
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance through annual evaluation, goal setting, and progress monitoring toward objectives
